Where do you ship from?

I ship from my studio in Rocky River, Ohio (right outside of Cleveland)

When will my order ship?

Personalized or Custom Items | about 7-10 business days after proof approval.

Greeting Cards + Art Prints | 1-3 business days

If you need your order sooner, rush production is available upon request (additional charges may apply).

How long will it take to receive my order?

Orders typically take 1-5 business days to arrive depending on your location within U.S, it may take up to 7 days for remote areas.

Expedited shipping (1-2 business days) can be added at checkout.

Do you offer international shipping?

We are happy to announce we now offer international shipping to select countries!

Custom products may vary in weight and packaging needs. To ensure rates are accurate and equitable, shipping cost is calculated at the time of packaging. For shipping estimates email hello@blurosedesigns.com.

May I include a gift note with my order?

Absolutely! Just include the wording in the note section when you check out.

What is your return policy?

We take pride in providing high-quality designs and materials. If you are not happy with your purchase please contact us directly so we can make it right. 

To expedite your request, log in to your account to start a return or contact us and include the following:

  1. your order number
  2. a brief description of the problem
  3. a photo of the issue

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

There is a 10% re-stocking fee.

The following items are non-returnable: 

  • Personalized invitations, prints, signs, etc. 
  • Gift cards 
  • Downloadable software products (i.e. digital signs + invitations)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds 
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. 
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. 
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. 
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at returns@blurosedesigns.com.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at returns@blurosedesigns.com and send your item to: Blu Rose Designs, 19885 Detroit Rd #211, Rocky River OH 44116, United States.

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift card will be emailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he/she will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

How will my order be packaged?

All orders are packaged with love. Cards and prints are protected by a compostable plastic sleeve. I use recycled paper and bubble wrap I save from other orders for padding.

Do you really plant a tree with every order?

Yep! I have partnered with One Tree Planted, a non-profit dedicated to global reforestation. At the end of each quarter, I tally up how many orders I've received and donate to plant a tree per order.

What are your sustainability practices?

We are moving towards a sustainable future here at BRD. We print all of our invitations + cards on eco-friendly + sustainable paper like cotton (tree-free), bamboo, and recycled. We are also in the process of upgrading our packaging to recycled + compostable materials.

What type of paper + printing options do you use?

All of BRD's greeting cards are professionally printed on 100% recycled paper from Mohawk.

Art prints are printed in-house on archival matte paper.

Invitations + Announcements are professionally printed on your choice of luxe + sustainable paper.
