Every personalized order gets a digital proof before anything prints — you'll see exactly what you're getting, and nothing moves forward without your approval.

Three proofs are included: your initial proof plus two rounds of edits. If the color's not quite right or you spot a typo (it happens to everyone), just reply to your proof email with changes. Need more than two rounds? Extra revisions are $25 each — but honestly, most orders are perfect well before that.

Once you approve, it's off to print — so give it one last close look. We print exactly what's approved.

Here's the timeline: once you order, we'll email your digital proof within 1–3 business days. After you approve it (two rounds of edits included), your order prints within 1–2 business days and ships. Most orders go from "add to cart" to "in the mail" inside a week.

One thing to know: the timeline depends on you a little — the faster you approve your proof, the faster everything moves. If your proof sits in your inbox for a bit, your ship date scoots with it.
