PROCESSING TIME
The time needed to prepare an order for shipping varies:
Custom/Personalized Items
Your proof will be emailed to you within 1-3 business days. Your item will be fulfilled and shipped after we get your approval.
Current production time (after approval received) is 1-2 business days.
All Other Items
Non-personalized items (greeting cards, gift wrap, etc.) are shipped out within 1-3 business days.
Art prints are shipped out within 2-5 business days.
SHIPPING INFORMATION
Digital Orders
Digital files will be emailed to the email address provided. No physical items will be shipped.
Domestic Shipping (USA)
Free standard shipping on all orders over $50.
All custom/personalized items ship free all day everyday.
Single Greeting Cards are shipped out within 1-3 business days via USPS First Class Letter Services. Please note this service DOES NOT include tracking information, unless you pay extra for this accommodation.
U.S. delivery within 1-7 business days, depending on location.
Some items may ship separately.
International Shipping
We do not offer international shipping at this time.
